The participation gap

Most wellness initiatives are launched. Few become a conversation.

A webinar may create awareness for an hour. A subscription may become another benefit people forget they have. A basic step challenge can favour people who were already active.

The Nutrition League gives employees a team to show up for, practical actions to complete and a live table they want to climb.

Healthy habits stop feeling like homework. They become a shared company experience.

The experience

Not another wellness app.
A league people want to win.

The league is the product. The app is its participation engine.

03

Play the season

People complete practical actions, upload proof, earn Broccolis and follow every move through the app.

04

The finale recognises winners and delivers participation insights with recommendations for what comes next.

Why people play

Built for real people
with real workdays.

01

It is social

People are more likely to show up when their team is counting on them.

02

It stays fresh

Weekly challenges and league moments keep the experience from becoming repetitive.

03

It feels achievable

The league rewards small, consistent actions—not perfection.

04

Progress is visible

Every contribution and every move on the table can be seen in real time.

05

It is not guilt-based

No public weigh-ins. No punishing diets. No fitness shaming.

06

Every starting point belongs

The mix is designed for broad participation, not only the most athletic employees.

You do not need to become a marathon runner. You may, however, become unusually invested in earning Broccolis.

Organisational value

Wellness employees enjoy.

Good questions

Before the
first whistle.

Still curious? Talk to our team ↗

01Is The Nutrition League only a step challenge?+

No. Movement can be one part of the league, but the experience may also include nutrition, hydration, recovery, sleep preparation, mindful habits and team activities.

02Does every employee need a fitness tracker?+

Not necessarily. Depending on the challenge, participants may submit activity screenshots, photographs or other defined proof through the mobile-first platform.

03How long does a league run?+

The standard season runs for four weeks. Shorter special editions and customised formats can also be created.

04Can the league be customised for our company?+

Yes. The company identity, team structure, challenge mix, scoring, duration, communication and recognition framework can be configured.

05How much work will HR need to manage?+

Most organisations appoint one coordinator and support internal communication. The Nutrition League team manages the framework, app setup, challenges, engagement toolkit and reporting.

06Is this a weight-loss competition?+

No. The league is built around practical healthy actions and participation—not public weight measurements or appearance-based competition.

07Is employee health information shared with the company?+

The league is designed to report participation and challenge activity rather than medical diagnoses or private health information. The exact data collected and reporting framework are agreed before launch.

08Can different offices or departments compete?+

Yes. Teams can represent departments, locations, business units or mixed employee groups.
